Eddie Hall Has Shed 80 Pounds Since Winning World’s Strongest Man in 2017
If your image of Eddie Hall is of the huge, hulking bear of a man who was crowned 2017 World’s Strongest Man and once held the official deadlift world record, then be prepared to change it because Eddie Hall is now leaner than you’ve ever seen him before.
Taking to Instagram, Hall revealed that over the past three years, he has dropped an incredible 80 pounds in weight, going from 430 pounds to 355 pounds, thanks to a combination of paying close attention to his calorie intake and training for his upcoming boxing match with rival and 2018 World’s Strongest Man, Hafþór Björnsson.

In order to lose weight, Hall has also had to revamp his diet. While it still amounts to 7,000 calories a day, according to Joe.co.uk, Hall’s daily diet now looks something like this:

Hall already has his eyes on it, saying that his three goals for 2021 are: number one to knock out Thor, number two to “run the most successful sports expo the UK has ever seen, the Arnold Sports UK alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger,” and number three to knock out Thor.
Something tells us Hall will be looking for a knockout when he steps in the ring with with Björnsson later this year.
