Eva Longoria, 45, Shows Off Her Toned Abs, Legs In New Red Bikini Instagram Photo
- Eva Longoria, 45, shared a new bikini photo on Instagram with a throwback to her days as Gabrielle Solis on Desperate Housewives.
- In the present day pic, the actress is wearing a bright red bikini, and her abs and legs look so toned.
- Eva’s workouts include The Ness workouts jumping on a mini trampoline, hiking with her family, and serious strength work with her trainer Grant Roberts.
Red was Gabrielle Solis’ color 20 years ago on Desperate Housewives. And Eva Longoria is keeping the hue very much alive IRL today. But instead of the little red dress her character wore on-screen, the actress donned a cherry red bikini and posed for an Instagram pic.
She captioned the photo: “Even #20YearsLater, she still knew red was her color.” Any color is Eva’s color, tbh, when paired with her strong bod and abs. Her toned muscles are even more eye-catching than the brilliant shade of her Melissa Odabash bikini. Eva, 45, works hard to maintain her fit physique, but keeps her sweat sessions fun.

Eva’s typical workouts include a ton of heart-pumping options. “I do a lot. I’m a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates. I do SoulCycle, and I’m just constantly mixing it up,” she told People in 2017. She also jumps around on a mini-trampoline. Eva’s shared clips from her high-energy bounce sessions and workouts led by trainer Aly Giampolo, founder of trampoline studio The Ness.
When she’s not bouncing her way to a stronger bod on the trampoline, Eva loves to do strength training in the gym. Following her son Santiago’s birth in 2018, she started working with celebrity trainer Grant Roberts, she told US Weekly. He helped her focus on “very serious weight training,” like wide-grip lat pull-downs, spinal twists, and deadlifts.
Eva doesn’t limit her workouts to the gym, either. She also likes to go hiking and get moving outside. She even takes her mini-trampoline out on the boat. Talk about dedication!
