Jennifer Lopez, 51, Has Toned Legs For Days In A New Behind-The-Scenes Instagram Photo

  • Jennifer Lopez, 51, showed off her toned legs in a behind the scene Instagram from on set.
  • J.Lo also shared throwback photos from her album, This Is Me, but she somehow looks stronger now (20 years later).
  • To keep her legs and whole bod strong, the singer crushes the leg press machine with nearly 300 pounds and doesn’t take rest days.

It’s easy to take for granted just how fit Jennifer Lopez is because, hello, she’s J.Lo. But Jennifer just casually shared a leggy photo in her Instagram Story that’ll make your jaw drop.

The photo itself is pretty simple: It features J.Lo, 51, hanging out on the back of a golf cart while checking out her phone. Normal celebrity stuff, right? But her legs are propped up against a safety rail and, wowzer, they look amazingly toned.

Cut on over to the next story, and there’s video panning up from J.Lo’s shoes (want) to the rest of her body—which is still super toned and looking all low-key amazing.

Apparently this is all a shout-out to J.Lo’s Jaycie Wedge Sandal at DSW (definitely want), but it’s kinda hard to miss *those* legs.

J.Lo also recently dropped some throwback videos from her This Is Me album and, while she looked amazingly fit and gorgeous back then, she just might be in the best shape of her life now. I said it. (FYI those pics are from almost 20 years ago.)

OK, but how does she look so amazing every day? Jenny from the Block doesn’t do rest days, previously telling Us Weekly that she “very rarely skips a workout.” She also can seriously throw it down with strength training, sharing one Instagram video of herself doing nearly 300-pound leg presses.

She learned the power of pole dancing while filming Hustlers, telling Jimmy Kimmel that the sport is “acrobatic, it’s a different muscle group. And the things that they do with their legs and everything and go upside down…it’s hard.”

And, of course, she dances her booty off. “Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness,” she told Hello. “I still consider myself a dancer at heart and I love it.”

It’s not all about working out for J.Lo, though—she eats really well, too. For starters, she’s all organic. “I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing,” her trainer Tracy Anderson told People. “It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food.”

J.Lo also “stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources,” her trainer and life coach Dodd Romero told Us Weekly. She mostly focuses on proteins like egg whites, white meat turkey, chicken breast, and grass-fed beef, but she’ll have fish and “a handful” of nuts each day for healthy fats, per Romero.

BRB: Gotta do some leg presses.
