Paulina Porizkova, 56, Brought Her Six-Pack Abs On Vacation And Shared The Bikini Photo To Prove It

Just in case you forgot that Paulina Porizkova is a supermodel, she’s here with a casual reminder. The 56-year-old dropped a new bikini pic on Instagram that’s kinda-totally hard not to stare at.

In the photo, Paulina is hanging out at a pool right next to the beach, leaning up against a wood pillar. Her legs, arms, abs—everything—are super toned, and she looks jaw-droppingly amazing. Reminder, she just celebrated her 56th birthday this spring. (I checked and checked again.)

“A vacation pick: doing my best impersonation of a wood pillar. In a string bikini,” she wrote in the caption. “This one is probably about five years old, but it’s become a recent favorite. This is why I hold on to all my clothing, I always seem to like it better a few years down the line.”

People pretty much fell all over themselves in the comments, and fair. “Omg the Queen 👑,” one wrote. “Your body is amazing! 👏,” another said.

Paulina has been open about the fact that she wasn’t exactly the healthiest when she was younger, telling Elle that she only started working out when she was 40. (Before that, she leaned on “cigarettes and poor nutrition.”)

When Paulina went on Dancing with the Stars in 2007, the experience helped her realize how much working out could help boost her mood and physical health. “I started exercising to help with my panic attacks and to get off antidepressants,” she told Elle. “I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better. So how great is that?”

Paulina regularly shares videos and pictures on Instagram from her workouts, which include everything from dance cardio workouts to some seriously intense-looking Pilates classes.
