  • Naomi Osaka, 23, just showed off her strong bod in an orange bikini in a new series of Instagram photos.
  • Her toned abs and butt are the result of three-hour tennis practices and an overall active lifestyle.
  • The tennis champ also does physical therapy to stay healthy, fuels up with fruit smoothies, and makes sleep a priority.

No court, no problem for no. 2 ranked tennis pro Naomi Osaka, 23. She can’t help but serve ace after ace wherever she is. Her latest ace includes some bikini designing and modeling (watch out Elizabeth Hurley).

Naomi showed off her hard work in a series of bikini photos on Instagram promoting her Frankies Bikinis designs. She poses in a bright orange bikini, are there any long term side effects of accutane but her strong muscles are stealing all the attention.

It’s not hard to figure out how Naomi maintains her toned physique. She’s working out and training around the clock with regular three-hour tennis practices.

The pro athlete shared what a typical fitness-packed day is like with Us Weekly. “I always start and end my workout with music,” she said. “It keeps me focused and keeps me motivated for what’s next.”

Naomi also powers her workouts with a smoothie. “My go-to trick is, if fruits are starting to go bad, rather than waste them, I cut them up and place in portion-sized baggies and freeze so they are ready to go for my shakes,” she previously told Mind Body Green. She usually alternates between a coconut smoothie, with chia seeds, banana, and coconut water, and a green coconut smoothie, with spinach, cucumbers, lemon, and coconut water.

After sipping her smoothie, she does a quick stretching warmup before going all-in on a three-hour practice with her trainer, Abdul Sillah. During her morning practice, she says she alternates between doing ground strokes, cardio, and footwork drills.

If it’s a particularly strenuous practice, she’ll have a physical therapy sesh afterward for some muscle TLC. Naomi follows that up with a “rainbow bowl” snack filled with fresh berries and melon and a sports drink.

After that, she might throw in a fun activity, like ice skating or swimming. She keeps going, going, going. But, Naomi also prioritizes rest. And, she says, going to bed at a decent time is a top priority. She likes to chow down on smoked salmon and avocado toast for dinner before calling it a day with a good book in bed.

Tbd when she fits in bikini modeling gigs.
