Dakota Johnson Has Ridiculously Toned Legs In A Barely-There Naked Bodysuit With Chains At The Met Gala
- Dakota Johnson, 32, brought the glitz and glam to the Met Gala red carpet last night.
- She rocked a barely-there ‘naked’ bodysuit, and put her sculpted legs on full display for the crowd. It’s not the star’s first time opting for a sheer look.
- When prepping for her film roles, the actress put in work with in five workouts each week, and she tries to drink a liter of water every day.
Dakota Johnson was giving rocker glam at the Met Gala Monday evening, and I’m living for it!
Dakota, 32, posed in a lacy black jumpsuit and body chains by Gucci and rocked a dark makeup look inspired by her getting ready playlist, according to Vogue. Uh, can I get a link, Dakota?
“We are always inspired by music and rock and roll, so we leaned into the glitz, glamour, and shine of the bodysuit and brought that into the eye,” Dakota’s makeup artist, Georgie Eisdell, told the magazine.
She paired the risqué bodysuit look with a ruby-colored robe that was simply *chef’s kiss*.
Dakota walked the carpet solo, but posed for a picture with Jared Leto and designer Alessandro Michele who were having a true twinning moment from beard to toe.

Impossible to ignore in Dakota’s barely-there bodysuit were her incredibly toned legs.
“Best she’s ever looked👏👏👏,” one fan commented on a Nylon IG post starring the threesome. “Why do I love this so much ?!! 😍,” another commented.
Dakota loves hot Pilates classes and has been spotted heading in and out of studio classes, according to Daily Mail.
To prepare for her role in the second and third Fifty Shades movies, Dakota’s trainer, Ramona Braganza, helped her work out five days a week. “Although we worked on building out her shoulders, keeping her butt, and toning her abs and arms, the main goal was to get her moving 30 minutes a day,” Braganza told Cosmopolitan.
Dakota has also worked with celebrity trainers Gunnar Peterson and Kacy Duke, who told Vogue they focused on the “Triple A” (abs, arms, and a**).
This meant doing a lot of squats with a twisting press to hit different ranges of motion. “For what Dakota is doing in the movie—the way her body moves—she needs to be capable of all that,” Peterson said.
When it comes to nutrition, Dakota follows a principle called 3-2-1.
“It’s just proportions, when to eat, smaller meals, and more meals,” her trainer Braganza told Healthista. “So things like having three meals a day, two snacks, and a minimum of one liter of water a day.”
Breakfast could be oatmeal with a poached egg, followed by lean meat and fish or salad for lunch.
Yum! Whatever you’re doing, it’s working Dakota! 🔥
