Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze A Super Deep Dilated 'Pore Of Winer'
While you were stuffing your face with Easter eggs over the long weekend, all the way over in California, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, was busy squeezing away some seriously huge blackheads.
Amongst all her skin-clearing work, she also had some time to post some olden-goodies on her Youtube channel – one of which was a clip of a dilated Pore of Winer that she extracted a little while ago.
“This Friday we’re taking a walk down memory lane with one of my long standing patients who had lots of skin cancers over the years – this visit though was a real treat as he brought a nice DPOW & some little blackheads!”

Dr. Pimple Popper poses a question in the caption: “How many tries does it take to get to the bottom of this DPOW? ? #drpimplepopper” I’ll admit I can’t answer, but you can watch the video and count.
She starts by digging in with her comedone extractor tool. It doesn’t look big enough for this massive dilated pore of winer, but she is determined. Eventually a whole bunch of goo starts to emerge. One fan added what everyone was thinking in the comments: “But wait, there’s more!”
Once she unearths everything stuffed inside the pore, Dr. Pimple Popper moves to another patient with a new blackhead problem: this blackhead is hiding on the patient’s ear.

Dr. Pimple Popper explained in the caption: “Simple ear blackhead to end the week! ✌️ This patient came in for other reasons, but we found this and she let me film it #drpimplepopper #blackheads” Yep, this patient had no idea there was a blackhead hiding on her ear.
Lee pokes the blackhead with her scalpel and uses her comedone extractor tool to get all the gunk out. It’s super satisfying if you’re into that type of thing.
What is a dilated pore of winer?
“A dilated pore of winer is essentially a large, single open comedone, also known as a blackhead. Similar to a blackhead, dilated pores are completely benign. Dead skin cells at the surface of the skin get trapped and widen this pore, plugging up the opening. Using a comedone extractor to express this plug squeezes out the softened keratin/skin cells from the pore. Once the contents of the dilated pore are expressed, it is common for the pore to fill up with keratin again.”
